This IAA serves to ratify current existing IAA between the College and Private Education Program. The provisions set forth in this IAA enables qualified students to simultaneously earn both high school and college credit. This Agreement may be amended upon the mutual agreement of all parties should State Board of Education Rules, Florida Statutes, or interpretations require such action by the Articulation Committee comprised of the College personnel. A signed IAA will be submitted by the College to the Department of Education on or before August 1, 2024.
