Immediately prior to the Assignment to the First Assignee hereinafter referred to, the First Owner was the registered owner and in possession of the Land (as hereinafter defined) and upon issue of the Certificate of Compliance (as hereinafter defined) will become entitled to a Government lease thereof for a term of 50 years commencing from the 10th day of April 2013 and expiring on the 9th day of April 2063 subject to and with the benefit of the Conditions (as hereinafter defined).
