This Nebraska Renewable Natural Gas (“RNG”) Facility Interconnection and Transportation Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 15th day of May, 2020 (Execution Date), by and between Black Hills Nebraska Gas, LLC (“Company”) and Theresa Street Water Resource Recovery Facilities (“Customer”). Customer and Company may be referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
