This Addendum (“Addendum”) forms part of the agreement between the undersigned Customer and eGain or other written or electronic agreement between eGain and Customer for the purchase of cloud services, customer support services and/or professional services (“Services”) from eGain (the “Agreement”) to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Customer Data, including Personal Data, in accordance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws and Regulations. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
