Under the terms of DuVoice Warranty, the Product conforms to published DuVoice specifications and is therefore free of defects in materials and workmanship. The Warranty also entitles the Reseller to training,, technical support, and hardware replacement while the Agreement is in effect. This Agreement is separate from and in addition to the DuVoice End User Support Agreement.
