The General Rules of Passengers, Baggage, Cargo Carriage (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) were developed on the basis of Article 94 of the Air Code of the Republic of Belarus and in accordance with the Aviation Rules of Passengers, Baggage, Cargo Air Carriage, approved by the Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus dated 12.08.2009 No. 70 and the Aviation Rules «Organization of Passenger, Baggage, Cargo and Mail Handling at the Airports of the Republic of Belarus», approved by the Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus dated June 14, 2021 No. 15-P.
