This Fixed Fee Professional Services Agreement, including the related services description document (“Services Description”) and Quote, as applicable, (collectively the “Agreement”), is a legal agreement between You and Blue Planet. “You” and “Your” means the individual or legal entity procuring the Professional Services under this Agreement. “Professional Services” means the services provided by Blue Planet as detailed in the applicable Quote and Services Description.
