This Residence Hall Agreement (“Agreement”) and the following terms and conditions are legally binding for the entire 2022-2023 academic year and should be read thoroughly. By accepting these terms and conditions, the student, or if the student is under the age of eighteen (18), the student’s parent or legal guardian (collectively referred to as “Resident”), agrees to the terms and conditions as stated in this Agreement.
