This Interconnection Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) made and entered into this day of , 2009, by and between WESTERN FARMERS ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, an Oklahoma rural electric cooperative corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Cooperative”), and ITC GREAT PLAINS, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, (hereinafter called “Company”), (the Cooperative and the Company are each individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties” herein), and SOUTHWEST POWER POOL, INC., an Arkansas not-for-profit corporation (hereinafter referred to as “SPP” or “Transmission Provider”).
