This Amendment (hereinafter “Amendment) is made to Contract Number PC66153 for the acquisition of Scientific Equipment and Related Accessories In-Breath Alcohol Testing,) by and between the People of the State of New York, acting by and through the Commissioner of the New York State Office of General Services (hereinafter “OGS” or “State”) with its principle place of business at the Corning Tower, Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York, 12242, acting pursuant to the authority granted under State Finance Law §163 and CMI Inc. (hereinafter “Contractor”) with offices at 316 E 9th St., Owensboro, KY 42301. OGS and the Contractor are collectively referred to herein as “the Parties.”
