THIS EMPLOYEE MATTERS AGREEMENT, dated as of January 17, 2018, is entered into by and between La Quinta Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation (“LQ”), and CorePoint Lodging Inc., a Maryland corporation (“CPLG”).
