This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of acceptance of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”) by and between you (either an individual or an entity, hereinafter the “Customer”) and FALKONRY INC., a Delaware corporation, with its principal place of business at 1309 South Mary Avenue #215, Sunnyvale, CA 94087, U.S.A. on behalf of itself and its affiliates (collectively, “Falkonry”). If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind such company or other entity to this Agreement.
