This Amendment No. 2 (“Amendment”), effective as of June 1, 2016, to the Educational/Institutional Furniture, State Term Contract No. 420-420-10-1 (“Contract”), between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”) and _________ (“Contractor”) are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Contract, unless otherwise defined herein.
