This collective agreement is made and entered into this 30th day of April, 2004 by and between The Fairway Group, a Division of CityMedia Group Inc., party of the first part hereinafter referred to as the Employer, and C.E.P. Local 87-M Southern Ontario Newsmedia Guild, by its representatives, party of the second part hereinafter referred to as the Union.
