ISA Ref: LP014/F – Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) – Troubled Families PURPOSE To create a system for the formal exchange of information between the Police and LCC – Troubled Families in order to facilitate the retrieval of data for the period of working with the family. The data disclosed by Lincolnshire Police will be utilised by Troubled Families to collate figures, which will be evaluated in order to analyse the benefits of the Troubled Families project. It is hoped the figures will demonstrate both the financial and social benefits to individual families and society as a whole when a multi-agency family centred approach is adopted totackle families with complex needs.
