AGREEMENT TO LEASE. The undersigned as Lessee of the equipment described in Attachment 1 ("rental"), hereby agrees to lease from BLOOMINITE RENTALS, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “BRL”) the rental at the rates and upon the terms and conditions set forth herein. The rates are effective until the Rental is returned to BRL. Lessee expressly warrants and represents to BRL that it has examined the Equipment, and except as noted on check out form, said rental is free from defect or damage. The lessee acknowledges and agrees that it will be solely responsible to BRL for any damage to the rental while the rental is in Lessee's possession, whether such damage is caused by the Lessee or by any third party, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
