This first amendment to the Connect High Performance Network Service Contract and Lease Agreement entered into on March 14th 2014, by and between Ednetics, (“Ednetics”) and North Kitsap School District (“Customer”) is effective on May 23rd 2019 (“First Amendment”). Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms shall have the same meaning as defined in the original contract/agreement. For the purpose of this amendment, Fatbeam LLC, (“Fatbeam”) has taken over ownership of the Connect Contracts from Ednetics. Fatbeam acquired all Connect Contracts from Ednetics in 2018 and all terms and conditions of the original contract remain the same.
