This Agreement regulates the conditions under which, in the event of disasters or se- rious accidents, voluntary assistance shall be granted upon request made through the dip- lomatic channel or by the authorities of the other Contracting Party specified in Article 3 Paragraph 1 of this Agreement by means of emergency teams, individuals dispatched to provide assistance, equipment or information.
