This One-Time Fee Agreement (our “Agreement”) will serve as confirmation of the involvement of Linn Mar High School (“School") in the NFHS Network School Broadcast Program, powered by PlayOn! Sports, and will outline the terms and conditions of participation with 2080 Media, Inc. d/b/a PlayOn! Sports (“PlayOn”). Upon execution of the Agreement, School and PlayOn (collectively, the Parties) are subject to all of the terms and conditions within the Agreement.
