THIS SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of July 23, 2015 by and among FIRST RIVER ENERGY, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Borrower” or the “Initial Grantor”), and collectively with any additional grantors, whether now existing or hereafter formed that become parties to this Agreement by executing a Security Agreement Supplement hereto in substantially the form of Annex I, the “Grantors”) and DEUTSCHE BANK AG, NEW YORK BRANCH, as collateral agent for the Banks under the Credit Agreement (in such capacity, the “Collateral Agent”).
