THIS RESIDENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") between the University of Kansas on behalf of its KU Medical Center ("KUMC") and Jane Doe, MD ("Resident") is entered into for the period from 7/1/2022 through 6/30/2023. Under the sponsorship of KUMC and supervision by KUMC faculty members, Resident will serve as a PGY 3 resident in the Cardiology Program ("Program").
