This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into to be effective on October 1, 2019 by and between the City of San Marcos (“City”), City of Kyle, City of Buda and Hays County (“Parties”), all of which are political subdivisions of the State of Texas, regarding the regional partnership to manage and operate the San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter (“Shelter”) located at 750 River Road, San Marcos, Texas.
