This data processing agreement ("DPA") supplements our General Terms and Conditions and is applicable insofar we provide you with Services resulting in us processing personal data on your behalf and insofar the applicable privacy legislation (such as the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) requires a document of this nature. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this DPA shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in our General Terms and Conditions.
