This agreement entered into at Zanesville, Ohio, and effective this first day of January 2021, between the City of Zanesville, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the "City" or “Employer” and Local #1573, Council #8, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, herein after referred to as A.F.S.C.M.E. or “Union” on behalf of its members employed by the City of Zanesville, Ohio.
