Effective January 1, 2023, the County recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all full-time and part-time employees employed in the Classifications which are listed in Addendum A. The bargaining unit shall include all regular and trial service employees holding one of the following position classifications: Lead Epidemiologist, Epidemiologist II, Epidemiologist I, Behavioral Health Specialist, Lead Disease Intervention Specialist, Disease Intervention Specialist, Healthy Community Specialist, Health Educator, Nutritionist, Vaccine Coordinator, HEDS, Outreach Worker and Emergency Management Specialists. In addition, members currently represented by the Union under the COVID-19 Emergency – Case and Contact Investigations Memorandum of Understanding attached as Appendix B will continue to be represented by the Union under this Agreement, beginning January 1, 2023.
