Interpretation, Definitions and Modifications. The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the sale of products (each, a “Product”) and installation, maintenance and other ancillary services (each, a “Service”) by Formetco to the customer set forth in the Proposal/Sales Agreement (“Buyer”).
