THIS AMENDMENT is made by and between Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company (“CBT”) and Sprint Spectrum L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, as agent for SprintCom, Inc., a Kansas corporation, d.b.a. Sprint PCS ("SPCS"), as of the day of , 2001. CBT and SPCS are collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
