This Interlocal Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the Effective Date defined in Section 3.14, below, by and between the CITY OF WINTER HAVEN, FLORIDA (“Winter Haven”), a Florida municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida and POLK COUNTY, (the “County”) a political subdivision of the State of Florida.
