The current Master Joint Powers Agreement(JPA) with the State of Minnesota through the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Criminal Apprehension for our City Prosecutor is expiring soon. This agreement is for the City on behalf of the City Prosecutor for their necessary access to the Criminal Justice Data Network (CJDN) so they can continue to provide prosecution services to the City of Brainerd.
