This Project Labor Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of March , 2023 (“Effective Date”) and is among the following parties: (1) Delta Diablo (hereinafter the “District”); (2) the Contra Costa Building and Construction Trades Council (“Council”) and its affiliated local Unions that have executed this Agreement (referred to collectively herein as the “Unions”); and (3) the contractors and subcontractors of all tiers that become signatory to this Agreement by signing the “Agreement to be Bound” (Addendum A) (“Contractors/Employers”).
