This Subscription Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of (the “Effective Date”) by and between Skilltype Inc with a place of business at 1116 S 14th St., Baton Rouge, LA, 70802 (the “Company”), and the organization indicated on the above Product Order Form (“Organization”), individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties”. This Agreement includes and incorporates the above Product Order Form, as well as the attached Terms and Conditions.
