The Software is a proprietary software intended for the drycleaning and laundry industry. This EULA constitutes a legal binding contract between you and SPOT and governs use of the Software, through whichever means you use it. By downloading, accessing or using the Software, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA. You may use the Software through our software as a service workstation deployment (“SaaS Workstation”), via a subscription service (“Subscription”), legacy users (“Purchase”) or by other applications, including, but not limited to, SPOTTrac, RouteTrac, MDC Mobile, Production Trac or any others that may be developed from time to time (collectively, “App”).
