The Board of Trustees of Roger Williams University and its executive administration hereinafter called “the University”, and the UFCW Local 328 representing a certain defined bargaining unit of Dining Services personnel, hereinafter called “the Union”, enter into this Agreement for the purpose of establishing a harmonious and cooperative relationship between the University and the Union by providing procedures which will facilitate free and frequent communication between the University and its staff. In order to ensure true collective bargaining and fair and appropriate wages, hours and working conditions, the parties to this Agreement pledge respectful, considerate and courteous treatment of each other at all times.
