This agreement made and entered into on the 21st day of August, 2008 by and between the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “City” and the Lincoln M Class Employee’s Association, hereinafter referred to as the “LMCEA”. The City agrees to provide wages and benefits under the conditions identified in this agreement.
