This Order Form is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Digital Services Framework Agreement - RM1043 (“the Framework Agreement”). The Supplier agrees to supply the Services Required, specified below on and subject to the terms of this Contract (“Call-Off Terms”). For the avoidance of doubt this Contract consists of the terms set out in this Order Form, Call-Off Terms, any executed Schedule of Works (“the SOWs”), together with the Call-Off Schedules thereto.
