In consideration of Volleyball New Zealand (VNZ) selecting me to represent New Zealand in the 2020 Summer Olympics I agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. I also understand that this agreement must be signed by me as a commitment of my involvement in the team and if is not signed and returned to VNZ by July 15th 2019, then I further understand that I may forfeit any place in a team.
