This First Amendment (“First Amendment”) to the Standard Student Data Privacy Agreement - Vermont executed on December 18, 2021 (the “Agreement”) by and between Liminex, Inc. doing business as GoGuardian (“Liminex”) and Champlain Valley School District (“School”) is made and entered into as of the Effective Date and shall continue until the last date of the Agreement.
