This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between SALT LAKE COUNTY, a body corporate and politic of the State of Utah (the “County”) and the CITY OF MILLCREEK, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah (the “City”). The County and the City may each be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
