ROGUE WAVE SOFTWARE, INC. (“ROGUE WAVE”), is willing to license any chosen software and related documentation and user guides (the “Software”) and educational and training materials (“Materials”), and sell any chosen maintenance and support services (“Services”) to you (“You” or “Your”), all as identified in the order You previously completed (“Order”) only on the condition that You accept all of the terms and conditions in this agreement (“Agreement”).
