This Telework Agreement establishes the employee’s obligations under the Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) telework program. The employee has volunteered to telework at a location other than the employee’s assigned MCPS worksite. This Agreement is not an employment contract or a guarantee of employment. Teleworking is a management option that MCPS may choose to make available to certain employees when a mutually beneficial situation exists. Teleworking is not an employee benefit. Employees voluntarily participating in the MCPS telework program are subject to the same Board of Education policies and MCPS procedures, practices, rules, polices and regulations, regardless of their work location.
