This HAVRION Perform/ HavrionTV END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is made by and between HAVRION LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Licensor”), and the legal entity purchasing and using the Software (“Licensee”). Licensor and Licensee may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
