Call One provides a maintenance contract for our ShoreTel telephone system. The maintenance contract includes support of the ShoreTel software and hardware, priority on-call dispatch, preventative maintenance and labor for software upgrades during normal business hours. The service we have received from Call One has been very professional and there have been several instances where they have performed above our expectations.
