This Agreement is entered into this 15th day of August, 2013, by and between the Board of Education of the Wyoming Public Schools, hereinafter called the “Board”, and the Kent County Education Association, affiliated MEA/NEA, hereinafter called the “Association”, which shall designate the Kent County Education Association, affiliated MEA/NEA, solely in its representative capacity for the employees of the Wyoming Public Schools in the bargaining unit recognized in Article I.
