(“CONTRACTOR”), incorporated under the laws of the State of California with its principal place of business at 425 Metro Place North, Suite 510, Dublin, OH 43017. DISTRICT and CONTRACTOR are sometimes individually referred to as "Party" and collectively as "Parties."
