The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply between Swap Work Limited (company number ("Swap", “we”, “us”, “our”) and a person, firm, partnership, or company (as the case may be) ("Employer", “you”) in respect of any introduction of an individual (the “Candidate”), who has registered on Swap’s website and/or future mobile app (together, the “Platform”), by Swap to the Employer in relation to permanent job opportunities (“Positions”) advertised by the Employer on the Platform (and to any other roles which an Employer may offer to Candidates). Such introductory services are referred to in these Terms as "Recruitment Services".
