In the event the number of master recordings hereunder is no more than one (1), then all references to "Masters" hereunder shall be read and deemed to refer to one (1) "Master." For good and valuable consideration (the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged), the parties hereby agree as follows:
