This Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the business agreement between Care.Stat!, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”, “CareRev”, “we” or “our”) and Watsonville Community Hospital (the “Facility” or “you”) for the use of the carerev.com website (including any related mobile apps, together the “Platform”) by Facility, its employees and agents (each a “user”) to meet contingent staffing needs at Facility. The term of this agreement is two (2) years and automatically renews annually based upon the signature date.
