IMPORTANT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) (“Licensee”) and Zebra Technologies Corporation ("Zebra") for software, owned by Zebra and its affiliated companies and its third party suppliers and licensors, that accompanies this EULA, which includes machine-readable instructions used by a processor to perform specific operations other than machine-readable instructions used for the sole purpose of booting hardware during a startup sequence ("Software").
