P1.01 This agreement incorporates changes made by and between Air Canada, hereinafter referred to as the Company and the Canadian Air Line Dispatchers Association, hereinafter referred to as the Association, as agreed to on February 10, 2012. This Agreement replaces and supersedes the Agreement between the Company and the Association which expired on March 31, 2011.
