This subcontract is made this day of 20 by and between Border Construction Services (“Contractor”) and (“Subcontractor”). This agreement will remain in effect until canceled by the undersigned in writing. However, notwithstanding the aforementioned, subcontractor’s indemnification to contractor for liability arising from any project performed by subcontractor shall remain in effect for a period equal to the current state of Texas’ statute of repose.
